These two kneelers are designed by NZ local artist Angie Dennis, combining a love of nature with a keen eye for interior design has made Angie Dennis one of our most popular printmakers.

Fresh, bold and vibrant, her native flora designs are both detailed and contemporary and work beautifully in any home setting. Angie studied environmental science which perhaps explains her love for preserving flora and fauna in her artworks. Angie is continually inspired by the unique landscape of New Zealand and is constantly pushing boundaries on how she sees life in her new found land.

Angie exhibits in a number of galleries around New Zealand and has just relocated to the stunning Victoria Park Market, where she creates her unique and original artwork. Angie's prints are produced to the highest quality, using UV light fast inks, printed and framed in New Zealand.

Artwork by NZ local artist Anita Madhav, Anita has a mix of media preferences, including, acrylics, molding paste, textured papers and oil. She always experimenting with different techniques and styles to discover new ways of expressing my ideas in art form.

Her inspiration started with NZ landscapes, modern design and colours and her interpretation of NZ culture, native and common flora and fauna with a dominant kiwiana presence.

Even though she has been painting for the past 20 years, common birds have become a highlight of my work and hydrangeas and florals have become more recent. Her interest in exhibiting work came from my involvement in coordinating the very successful ACG Strathallan college (Karaka) exhibition from 2003-2011 this gave her the opportunity to meet other talented artist and their works and broaden her knowledge.

She continued to be involved in numerous group and solo exhibitions around the country and her art is sold around NZ in selected galleries. She lives in rural Manukau and absolutely enjoys living in a beautiful picturesque environment of rolling hills and her garden- another piece of art I’ve created with my family.

Artist Lucia Laubscher was born in South Africa and carved an impressive career there around her painting. She immigrated to New Zealand in 2017, and battled with the adjustment of living in a new country with a different culture and set of rules. She started building her career from scratch again and has done exceptionally well in those four years. She tells us her story:

"When I was five years old, my first grade teacher looked at a cartoon elephant I drew and exclaimed “You are an artist!” This stuck with me throughout my life and my love for creating grew stronger with every passing year. When I was 12 years old my parents ordered me my first oil painting kit in the mail and it arrived with four small canvasses and instructions on how to paint four different artworks – trees, buildings, still-life etc. I enjoyed drawing and experimenting with paint and have always been creative and would find myself doodling all the time."
