Shipping

We use NZ Post for deliveries. These will generally take 2-3 days with delays in peak periods. We will provide you with a tracking number.

🚚 Shipping Update
Due to recent NZ Post price increases, we’ve had to make the tough decision to introduce a $4 Rural Delivery charge. This still doesn’t fully cover courier costs, but in these financially challenging times—for both small businesses and families—we’ve done our best to find a fair middle ground.

For Urban Orders the Shipping Charge will be $8.50 and for Rural Delivery Orders the shipping charge will be $12.50.

We offer free shipping New Zealand on orders over $100.00.

We can offer a courier service if urgent delivery is required. Orders need to be placed by 9am to ensure we can get these packed and away. For this service either pop us a message or give us a call.

*Please note once we hand over to the courier, the delivery time is out of our hands, please allow time for delivery to be made.

Orders will ship generally within a business day however it is best to allow 3 business days from the day you place your order in case we are super busy.

If you are wanting your gift to arrive on a specific day, then just make a note of the day you would like it delivered in the ‘notes’ section at checkout when you place your order and we will do our best to make that happen.

My box is a gift. I don't want any prices or receipts included in the box.
Rest assured we never include receipts or any prices inside our boxes!

I want to order multiple boxes that will be shipped to multiple addresses. How can I do this?
Place your order and then please email us with the details and we can arrange this for you.
