Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with A Little Love Co, you agree to the following terms:

• All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

• Orders are subject to product availability and payment being successfully processed.

• We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. If we discover an error with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

• Occasionally, an item in a gift box may need to be substituted due to availability. Any replacement will be of equal or greater value and similar quality.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

• Your purchase is protected by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand law.

• Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

• We may update these terms from time to time.
