We wanted to take a moment to talk openly with you about a recent change we’ve made around shipping — and why we’ve had to do it.
Like many small businesses across New Zealand, we’ve been hit with another round of courier price increases from NZ Post. These rising costs have made it increasingly difficult for us to absorb shipping charges, especially for rural deliveries, which are significantly more expensive to send.
After much thought (and a few cups of tea), we’ve introduced a $4 rural delivery fee for orders going to rural addresses. It’s important to us that you know this fee doesn’t fully cover the cost we’re charged — but it helps lighten the load just a little.
We understand that times are tough for many families right now, and believe us, this decision wasn’t taken lightly. We’ve done our best to keep this as affordable as possible, finding a point that (hopefully) works for both sides.
Thanks for sticking with us as we navigate these changes — and as always, we’re here if you have any questions or need help checking if your address is considered rural.
New charges are Urban Orders $8.50 and Rural Delivery $12.50 and all orders over $100 will are free shipping.
💛 Good news though! If you’re part of our A Little More Love loyalty program, the points you earn can be used to help offset shipping fees — including rural delivery.
So not only are you rewarded for shopping with us, but you can put those points toward keeping your orders as affordable as possible.
Your support truly means the world to us. Every order, every kind message, every little love note we receive keeps us going. We’re so grateful to have such an incredible community behind us.
