I have been suffering from a wry neck for nearly a fortnight. Very painful. A hot water bottle gave some comfort but was difficult to keep in place. My daughter told me I needed a wheat bag. I bought this online since I couldn't drive with the wry neck. I've had it on constantly since it arrived yesterday and it is so comforting. It stays wrapped around my neck, no chance of falling off. I'd give it a five except that it doesn't retain the heat for long. I have to reheat it a lot sooner than I'd have expected. But basically it's a thumbs up.
